Our Christmas Tree!

We pestered and pestered mom until finally she decided that she'd get off her bottom and put up our tree!  Finally it feels like Christmas here.

Mom still needs to fix the tinsel but if we know her like we think we do, we figure she'll fix that next year...

Here's a black Poodle mom got last year and there's a flying snowman she picked up a couple weeks ago at a thrift store.

Here's our squirrel!  We've heard from some other dogs on facebook that they think it's weird that there's a squirrel on our tree.  We say... where else would the squirrel be?

There's the English Sheepdog...

and the Frogger... and personally, we've never seen a frog in a tree so we think this is a lot weirder than the squirrel...

The Scottish Terrier...

the Owl...

and what tree would be complete without our friend, Yogi the Bear???

So that's it... our tree!  What do you think of it?

Are we strange to have animals on the tree?

  5. I'm sorry, but I just can't condone the squirrel being in your Christmas tree. We can still be pals, but we obviously have diametrically opposing views on tree rats and their place in polite society.

  7. We have a Yorkie angel ornament on our tree that looks like it is made by the same people who made the sheepdog. Very cool. But a squirrel?!? Seriously?!? I mean unless you're going to burn the thing for Guy Fawkes Day, why would you let a squirrel - even in effigy - in your house?!? But maybe it's a Canada thing... ;-)

Ummm... strange, you? Ummm I don't know how to answer that, Santa's still undecided on me.

Pawsonally I like the animals... especially the froggeh. Just wondering if you help water the tree. I'm sure that would be a big help to momma.

  15. I don't think it is strange to have animals on your tree at all but I do find it odd you don't have a small Sam and Pippen ornament! I love your tree, its so super colorful and very festive! Do you guys play with the ornaments? I like to tap on the baubles until they fall off then chase them as they roll around the room! My Mum has found me with a snout full of glitter from playing with our tree! I'm not allowed to go near it now though! Merry Christmas to you all. I hope Santa Paws comes soon! Love Frank x x x x x
