SNAKE!!!!

The other day when we went to bed, this is what we saw when mom turned on the light!

It looked like he was going to go back under the bed so mom said we should just leave him and he wouldn't bother us!

And that's just what we did but look what we found when we went to bed last night!  He's sleeping in our bed!

Mom managed to get a close up of him before he slithered off again...

But he wasn't going away!  I think he was HUNGRY and wanted to EAT me!  I know how sneaky those snakes can be... I watch the National Geographic Channel when mom's at work...

I decided to take matters into my own paws...  I was going to try to kill it!  So I whipped around and grabbed him by the belly and gave him a good bite...

Butt, while I was busy doing that he encircled my neck!

And he wrapped himself around me tighter!  I was gasping for air!  My eyes were popping out of my head!  And Mom is taking pictures!  Can't she see that I am in distress?  And where the heck is Pippen?

Without any help from my family I managed to extricate myself and this time, instead of biting him, I tried to squish him!

While I had him stunned, I thought I should thoroughly check under the blankets to see if there were any others like him!

Luckily for us there weren't any more...

After all my hard work, mom found a box and put him in it and we'll take him to animal control tomorrow so he can be adopted or looked after in an appropriate setting!

  4. That was scary, scary, scary. We were worried for a minute or two, but knew you'd win out. Can't believe SHE just took pictures. But those National Geographic people never 'interfere with nature' either.

You definitely won the tongue contest.

  9. EEEEEEEEK! It's a SNAKE! I'm skeered! Haha! No, not really. Snakes are fun to chase. But I've never rassled one. Are you sure you don't wanna keep him? You could be known far and wide as Sam the Snake Charmer! And you could make a million jillion green papers! You know...just something to think abouts.
