I Stepped in GUM!!!

On our walk today I stepped in gum!  Mom didn't know about it until I had a stick and a bunch of leaves stuck to my paw...  I stopped walking at that point!

Mom checked it out and pulled out all the pokey stuff that was hurting me but the gum was in there good!

This here is what it looks like after a couple foot baths...

I don't like my toes and feets being touched or washed so I'm not feeling too good right now...

Don't I look pitiful?

If any of you guys have ideas on how my mom can get the gum out without touching my toes again, please let her know!

  1. oh pip...that sure sucks...i have never stepped in gum...but i can imagine it would make me nasty if i did...maybe mama should just shave it off...i dont know..i have a bandage on my foot...momma doesnt know what bit me...but she cleans it and bandages it ...that woman is driving me nutty

  2. Oh ick! Gum on the foot. We haven't done that yet. And we sympathise with you about having your feet touched.

    XXXOOO Daisy, Kendra & Bella

  3. oh noes! that is terrible, I can't imagines how irritating that must be to have da gum all wedged between your toes.

And to think you had to STOP walking cuz of all da debris stuck to your paw, before your mom even noticed! Poor guy....

you DID look very upset and pathetic in your piktur.....good job.

  4. Yuck! This has happened to me and my mom had to shave my little foot (against my will!)

    Your pal, Pip

  5. Pip!
    That was not fun, right?
I guess shaving your toes would be a good solution.
Be a good boy and let your mom to do it so you will get rid of that mean gum!
    Take care
    Kisses and hugs

  6. Mom gots this from a website:

Peanut butter!! The oils in peanut butter break gum down and after leave a little for your puppy to lick they love it :)
