As sad as it is that Sam is no longer with us, mom and I made a pact that we wouldn't sit at home wishing Sam was back with us. Every work day, we go on at least 4 walkies! Two before mom leaves and then one when she gets home and the last one right before our bed time.
On the weekends, we go out on adventures and we thought we would share some of our photos.
Here I am in front of a totem pole at the Aboriginal Friendship Centre just down the street from us.
Of course, it didn't hurt that most everyone stopped to say how cute I am!
At the end, in front of the lighthouse.
At
Cy Hampson Park where I can go off leash! Mom wasn't sure how I'd do and if I went to far ahead, she'd yell my name and I'd run right back to her!
I got to meet lots of other doggies that were off leash as well.
Then in Sidney, mom and I snuck into a hotel! I wanted to jump up on the ottoman but mom said no.
Another walkie at Cy Hampson.
Mom says we will go back here lots in the summer because it's a good place for us to veg out and watch the world go by...
Then on Sunday, we went to
Beacon Hill Park where all the flowers are blooming and the ducks and geese are swimming in the ponds.
Look at all those lily pads!
It's hard to notice all those purty flowers with my handsome self in the picture but trust me... they are there!
So as you can see both mom and I are adjusting to life after Sam by keeping busy and going on lots of adventures!
Thank you for all your well wishes on losing our buddy.
