The Illusions of Grandeur!

On the weekend, I went on a SERIOUS rock climbing expedition!  I was thousands of feet from the ground and I wasn't using any safety net!

Nothing was going to stop me from getting to the top!

One paw in front of the other... that's how small dawgs can reach great heights!

It also helps not to be skeered of those great heights... not every dawg can be THOUSANDS of feet from the....

er....

um... yeah... well, okay... Maybe I crop my photos to give the illusion of grandeur...

Who believes what they read on the interwebs anyways???

The Kitteh Bed and The Three Animals!

A Furry Tail written by Miss Daisy, Herself

Once upon a time, long, long ago in a land far, far away, there lived three animals.

Sam, the goofy Havanese,

Pippen, the stoic Schnottie,

and the beautiful Princess Daisy.

One day while their mom was at work they found a bed in the living room.

Sam, being the bravest, said that he would test it out first.

"This bed is TOO SMALL for goofy Havenese doggies such as myself!" said Sam.

Pippen decided he would try it next and said, "This bed is TOO SHORT for stoic Schnotties!"

Then Princess Daisy arrived and said, "Get outta my way you dopey dawgs!  This is a Kitteh Bed and made just for me!  This bed is JUST RIGHT!"

And so ends our furry tail of the three animals and the kitteh bed where once again it is proven that kittehs are smarter than dawgs.

The End.

Adventure Walkie Sunday!

We gots up early this morning and got in the car to go for a drive.  We ended up at the ocean at a place called Clover Point.

As you can see, I'm pretty happy to be climbing rocks!

Pippen, on the other hand, is happy to pee on the seaweed!

The Juan de Fuca Strait is a shipping lane so we can always see big ships going by...  those mountains are in Washington State and are called the Olympic Mountains.

After we wandered around there for a little bit, we continued on in the car and stopped at a view point.  We got to go down some steps so we could get to the rocks.

Yep, this is a great viewpoint!

Pippen was checking out the view too and looking for another good place to pee!  That boy only has two things on his mind... peeing and... you know, the other thing!

After the viewpoint, we stopped at Cattle Point and saw this eagle just sitting on the rocks.  He was surrounded by water so we couldn't introduce ourselves.

And we saw this crow... not sure what he's doing here.

This is the life!  Watching the world go by on the edge of the ocean...

Here's another picture of the eagle, this time with some geese!  Hopefully, they aren't going to be breakfast!
