Mouse Defense!

When the Hand wants my mouse there's only one thing to do...

Fall Cleaning...

Mom's been off since Friday and we've been doing the fall cleaning in anticipation of the cooler weather!

One of the things that mom did today was dig out our tee shirts and sweaters and threw them in the wash...  Now we are all ready for the rain and cooler weather!

We had to try on our favorites to make sure the dryer didn't shrink them from last year...

This is my favorite black muscle tee...  I know I look super duper from the front but just check out the back...

How cool is that?

Hard to believe why the other doggies are intimidated by us, isn't it?

Mom makes these for us from tee shirts she finds at the thrift stores or garage sales.  Sometimes she's a bit of a smarty pants... we think we might keep her...

Help! I'm Being Tortured!!!

As you may know, I stepped in gum yesterday.

Mom tortured me yesterday by washing my foot countless times...  I just hates my feets being touched!

This morning, my FORMER furiend, Maggie Mae suggested peanut butter to loosen up the gum...  I thought Maggie Mae liked me!

That there is the torture device of the day... Peanut Butter!

What are you thinking of doing with that noxious substance, mom???

Not on my toes... nope... uh uh...  you just stay away from me you crazy lady...

The crazy lady caught me...  that's my poor little foot with peanut butter smothered on it...

Somebody needs to call the authorities!

Mom wants me to say that some of the gum did come off but that now she's wiping up the little peanut butter footprints throughout the house...

Oh and now my foot smells like peppermint flavored peanut butter!

I Stepped in GUM!!!

On our walk today I stepped in gum!  Mom didn't know about it until I had a stick and a bunch of leaves stuck to my paw...  I stopped walking at that point!

Mom checked it out and pulled out all the pokey stuff that was hurting me but the gum was in there good!

This here is what it looks like after a couple foot baths...

I don't like my toes and feets being touched or washed so I'm not feeling too good right now...

Don't I look pitiful?

If any of you guys have ideas on how my mom can get the gum out without touching my toes again, please let her know!

Havin' a Ball!

Mom went to a garage sale on the weekend and found this for me!

It's a big purple ball!

It's lots of fun to play with... and when mom 'accidently' kicks it into my head it doesn't hurt!  How cool is that?

Pippen called me a doofus and told me that it actually a round pillow NOT a ball...

He's just jelly though because I got me another toy!

The Sunday Expedition to the Park!

And we're off!

Mom, it says to go slow... but go slow in a fast way cuz we're almost there...

Okay, none of our friends are here yet... I'll leave some pee mail so they know where we are...

Then we went on our usual walk... none of our friends were around today.

The sky looked nice...

and of course we left lots of pee mail...

and got all the lastest park gossip!

Then we went over to the house where our friend Ruby used to live...

I rang the bell but no one answered...  so I left...

We hung around the yard for a while and then went and checked out the cliffs...

It's a bit windy out there today... look at the Canadian flag...

Look!  Up in the sky!  It's...

... a seagull!

Nobody showed up today... at least not any of our friends... so after one more roll in some stinky...

We headed for home and a nap.
