The Battle of the Stairs!

The stairs in our house are located by our front door so when mom takes out the recycling or the garbages, I like to sit here and wait for her to come back.

Sometimes though a strange interloper insists on sitting with me... I try to ignore him the best I can!

I don't think I need to tell you it's nervous making when he's higher than I am... and then he stares at me!  Like that's gonna scare me or make me move!

Does he know he's dealing with The SAM???

Look at him with the glowing eyes!

Gah!  It might be time to call in the big guns!

Here he is... the brawn of the partnership!  Pippen knows ALL the HBO words that puts the fear of Dog into Chico Kitteh!

Once again, we are victorious!

Bored....

I'm bored... Bored with my run of the mill Havanese look.

I looked in the mirror the other day and was just tired of having my ears hanging down at the side of my head... surely there must be something else that I can do?

I got one of mom's hair thingies so that I could see what I'd look like with stand up ears.  Not sure if this is the look I was going for...

Maybe the English Sheepdog look is more 'ME'...  I think I like it but can't really tell cuz I can't see anything!

Maybe I should dye my furs purple or something???

Wordless Wednesday - Up To No Goods Edition!

Getting Nekkid at the Strip Mall!

Did you like that title?  Don't worry... we won't be getting nekkid!

Instead of walking the 'hood today, we decided to go to the Strip Mall by our townhouse complex.  Here I am starting the patrol...

Checking out the Ice Cream Parlour... They don't allow dawgs inside, can you believe that?  AND they didn't even come out and offer us a sample, can you believe THAT???  What a travesty!

Ruh Roh... The Barber Shop... best to stay away from that place or they might get some kerazy ideas about the Sam's furs!

And then the Laundromat... usually there's lots of peoples around to ooh and aah over the gorgeousness of the Sam but today no one was around!

There's a few other stores but with today being Sunday and all... they weren't opened yet.

Not a very long walkie today but still interesting!

A Dog's Work is Never Done!

At night, I like to sit on mom's lap so that she can have the opportunity to pet my furs.

I know she sits at work all day thinking about giving me neck skritchies so I'm alway happy to oblige!

Sometimes though she get a little overly enthusiastic and the skritchies turn into squishies.  As you can see, I'm not a huge fan of the squishies but will suffer through them to make mom happy.

I always manage to get back at her though....

and always say thank you by giving her a big ole sloppy nose lick!

I know she loves them!

The Shocking Truth About Cheeses!

I'm here to tell you something SHOCKING!  I myself couldn't believes and wouldn't have if it hadda happened to another dawg...

Not all cheeses taste good!  There I said it... 

UNBELIEVABLE! 

Some cheese tastes like... I don't know what to compare it too but it was like totally BLECH!

Let me start from the beginnings...

Mom was making her lunches yesterday and shared some nice sandwich meat with me and Pippen.  Then she says to us, 'I got some cheeses to put in my sandwiches too... do you guys want to try some?'

I thunked to myself... 'Duh... of course!  It's CHEESE!!!'

Then she gives it to me and tells me... 'It's Swiss Cheese...'

I couldn't believes how horrible it tasted and believes me... I've eaten some gross stuff but that Swiss Cheeses was THE WORSTEST! I'd even eat a CARROT before I tried that Swiss Cheese again!

Have you tried Swiss Cheese?  Did you like it?

Are there other cheeses out there that I should stay away from?

I'm kinda depressed now that I've learned that all cheeses aren't created the same!

Just Walking Along Minding My Own Bidnesses...

There we were... just walking along, smelling the roses and pee-mails when all of a sudden I saw it!

Do you see it???

To say that I was SHOCKED to see this outside would be a total understatement!

Just check him out... trying to blend in to the grasses and stuff so I don't see him.

I had some words with him and told him he should be in the house where he belongs NOT outside where random grey doggies could eat him!

He said some HBO words at me that I didn't think was very appropriate or polite.

I'll tell you something... he's just lucky that I'm on a leash!

And I wasn't in the mood to have kitteh for dinners!

I Feel Pretty!

I went shopping today because tonight I have a hawt date!  I went to store after store after store... and I just couldn't find the right outfit.

UNTIL...

I saw the sign saying PINK TUTUs for $2!

I`ve always wanted a pink tutu...

 I wonder where my date is....

All dressed up and no where to go!

What girl could resist a guy in a tutu...

especially when I use my `come hither` look.

I`m beginning to think I`ve been stood up.
