We had to check the pee-mail to make sure we weren't walkin' too far!

and then Pippen wanted to go this way and I wanted to go that way...

I let Pippen win today.

Pippen found this rug and mom wanted to go get the car to take it home with us but we put the ixnay on that!

We walked the hood and were gone for 45 minutes!

Mom thought we would be done in after that but we were raring to go again after a good old power nap!

The Great Tushie Debate

Once again, Sam and I are arguing over a most important life-or-death situation...

Who has the cuter tushie?

Here's mine...nicely formed and muscular

and then there's Sam's...  He has to resort to camouflaging it with his floofy tail.

Wordless Wednesday - Moral Dilemma Edition!

Stuck in the Cat Bed!

Today's tale is one of caution!

Be careful when using a CAT bed...  they, like cats themselves, secretly have it in for us innocent dawgs!

It looks safe enough, doesn't it...

but this implement of dawgie destruction tried to EAT me!

Right in front of mom... while she was TAKING PICTURES!

Of course, Pippen was no help either... he was napping in his bed!

GAH!

It took everything in my power to extricate myself and luckily I'm still around to let all you other dawgs out there know the dangers lurking in CAT BEDS!!!

Fire!

Yesterday I heard about a security breach in the complex.  I had to run right over to check it out and to start my investigation!

Luckily, it didn't happen near our home or mom's car...

Finally we got close enough to see the damage.  A tent trailer caught fire late at night and this is what it looks like now.  A BMW was parked right next to it and looks just as bad! 

I've never be this up close and personal to something like this... there was debris everywhere and mom made sure we didn't step on any bad stuffs.  Even the trees have been singed!

We have yet to hear if this was an accident or if it was deliberately set but I've taken it upon myself to step up security near my place...

And Pippen says that he has my back.

Nothing to worry about here!

ACK!  I think she spotted me!  I'll close my eyes so she doesn't think I was watching her.

Park Adventure!

A couple weeks ago, my Labradork friends Solitaire and Breeze posted a video on facebook of their swimming skills.  Of course, being a Havanese, a well known swimming type doggie, I had to tell those Labradorks how horrible their swimming was... everybuddy knows Labradorks can't swim to save their lives.

The two of them begged and pleaded with me to come down to the beach to give them some lessons.

Yesterday was the day of reckoning!

Okay, Solitaire... watch closely!

Just follow my lead... the ocean isn't scary at all... just focus on the bumper!

Yep... Solitaire flaked out and I had to go get it myself!

Just check this out... totally swimming... no feets touching the ground!

Those bumpers are heavy but not too heavy for me... I might be little but I'm way strong!

Look at these two!  They are so skeered that they are trying to slink away!

Get back here you Labradorks!  Be brave like a Havanese!

Here I go again!  There's no stopping me!

Whew... this one is a long way out!

But not to fear!  I got it again!

After only three swims the Labs begged off so we decided to head out and go home.

My new bed is certainly coming in handy!
